1. Who you are dealing with
This website and online store are operated under the Auvirelo trading name. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Auvirelo.
By visiting auvirelo.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We sell practical household products and small gadgets supplied by independent third-party manufacturers. We aim to present descriptions, specifications, images and prices accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings or normal production differences.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping charges and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
We may update prices, limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when it has been processed for fulfilment.
You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. We may verify, decline or cancel an order if information is incomplete, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected or a product is unavailable.
If we cancel a paid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order to every destination we ship to, at the rates set out in the Shipping Policy. There is one tracked service per destination and no paid express option. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout, begin after dispatch, and are estimates rather than guarantees — they may be affected by carriers, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
