Two ways to reach us, both answered by people.
Questions about a product, an order, a delivery or a return all go to the same customer service team. Email is best for anything involving photographs or an order number. The hotline is quicker for a short question.
We reply within 1–2 business days. Include your order number and, for anything faulty, a photograph taken in natural light.

What to send us
Most questions get a complete answer on the first reply if the message includes the right details. It saves a round trip.
- Order status or tracking — your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Damaged, faulty or incorrect item — your order number plus clear photographs of the item and the packaging it arrived in.
- Returns and refunds — your order number, which item, and a sentence on what went wrong. Read the Return & Refund Policy first, and wait for our instructions before sending anything back. The correct return destination varies by product.
- Before you buy — a link to the product and the specific question. Dimensions, materials and what is in the box are on every product page.
What we cannot help with
We can only see your order, not your bank. If a payment was declined or a charge looks wrong on your statement, your card issuer holds the detail we do not. Our Payment & Security page explains what information reaches us and what never does.
We also will never ask you for a full card number, security code, PIN or banking password — not by email, not on the phone. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of those, it is not from us.
