About Auvirelo

Household things that do the job, and say what they do.

Auvirelo sells practical products and small gadgets for the parts of a home nobody photographs: the cupboard under the sink, the drawer by the back door, the shelf in the utility room. Things you buy because something needs cleaning, sealing, filtering or holding together.

What we actually are

Auvirelo is a reseller. The products we sell are made by established manufacturers in China and Vietnam — supplier-based factories that have been building this category of household hardware and small appliances for years, with the tooling, the material sourcing and the inspection routines that come from doing one thing at volume. We do not own those factories, and we are not going to imply otherwise by calling their work our engineering.

What is ours is the choosing. Which factory, which specification, and which of the four near-identical versions of the same product is the one actually worth stocking. Then we write the listing honestly, price it in one currency, and answer the email when something goes wrong.

That is a smaller claim than most stores in this category make. It is also the true one, and it tells you what to expect from us: a straight description of what is in the box, and a customer service team that does not disappear after the order ships.

How a product gets to you

We buy at manufacturer level rather than through a trading intermediary, which is what lets us hold one flat shipping rate and a 180-day guarantee on products in this price bracket. Three steps sit between a factory floor and your doorstep, and all three are worth knowing about.

Manufacture. Assembly and finishing run at the supplier’s own line, to a written specification agreed before the first unit is made.

Inspection. Pre-shipment checks on dimensions, finish and function, against the same specification the product page describes.

Dispatch. Cartons move to the fulfilment warehouse, and single orders ship from there on one tracked service per destination.

The three photographs above illustrate the sourcing and quality-control stages. They are not images of a named supplier’s premises.

How we choose what to stock

The test is narrow: does it solve one household problem properly, and can it be described without adjectives. A cleaner either lifts the stain or it does not. A filter either catches the sediment or it does not. If a product only sounds good in a headline, it does not make it onto the site.

We would rather carry a short range we can describe precisely than a long one we cannot.

The plain facts

Shipping
One flat rate per order, not per item, to every destination we ship to, with the exact amount shown at checkout. One tracked service per destination — there is no paid express tier, so we do not offer one. Current rates are in the Shipping Policy.
Carriers
Which carrier handles your parcel depends on where it is going. The current service for each destination is listed in the Shipping Policy.
Prices
US dollars, shown before checkout. Import duties and taxes, where a destination country charges them, are the recipient’s.
Guarantee
180 days from delivery to ask for a refund, on the conditions set out in the Return & Refund Policy.
Who makes it
Established third-party manufacturers in China and Vietnam. We select, specify and sell; we do not manufacture.
Who answers
One customer service team, by email and by phone, on the hours published below.

What we will not tell you

We do not claim awards we have not won. We do not describe a delivery window as guaranteed when it depends on a carrier and a customs queue. We do not promise a destination we cannot actually reach — if checkout offers no shipping option for your address, we do not ship there, and we would rather say so than take the order.

Where a product has a real limitation — a consumable that runs out faster than you would like, a finish that marks, a size that suits one job and not another — the product page says so. It costs us the occasional sale and saves everybody a return.

If something goes wrong

It sometimes will. A parcel goes missing, a bottle arrives cracked, a product turns out not to suit the job. Email service@auvirelo.com with your order number and a photograph, and you will get a reply within 1–2 business days from someone who can actually resolve it.

Full detail is on the FAQ, in the Shipping Policy and in the Return & Refund Policy.
